I have a good feeling about this year. Of course there will be challenge and change, and things we don't expect, but there's freedom and adventure in the air! I'm excited about it.
I've decided to make a resolution that I've never made before. A rather simple one, with not many guidelines and not much pressure at all. I decided that I would make something -- almost anything -- everyday. It can include baking, cooking, sewing, designing, writing, music, photography, paintings, drawings, anything artsy craftsy, etc etc... and I'll do my uttermost to get them posted on my blog! I'm hoping and hoping and hoping that I will actually follow through with this.
I started today, the first day of the year and of this nifty endeavour, with something called an oat jammie.
It looks so yummy!!!
ReplyDeleteI think your resolution is cool. Good idea. Neat creativity. It did strike me, however, that maybe you might consider giving yourself a day of rest each week. A day off from creating. To not have to produce anything. A day to breathe in, to simply nurture your creativity.
Just a thought.
